In the bachelor’s programme Science, Business and Innovation, four innovation projects combine theory with a practice-oriented assignment. The various projects focus on teaching personality traits associated with business. The learning pathway ends with an individual bachelor’s project. Students receive feedback on the projects and the entrepreneurship competences from a coach and fellow students. At the end of each project, students write a reflection report on what they learnt, what they thought of and did with the feedback, which competences they worked on (feedup) and what still needs to be worked on (feedforward). Because the learning pathway covers the entire bachelor’s programme, students’ development can be well monitored.
