In Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Discovery and Safety, the FeedbackFruits tool is being used for peer feedback. Students provide feedback on work of fellow students using the same criteria that lecturers use to assess the final assignment.
This increases the similarity between the learning activities and the final assessment, making the assignments perceived as meaningful. It also focuses on dialogue about and reflection on feedback and how it can be used to improve one’s own work. This way, peer feedback is instructive for both students giving feedback and students receiving feedback.
